I think 选择性去死 roughly means to go to die (kill oneself) "selectively", "to kill oneself after careful selection": there are many reasons for a person to die, some of low value, some of high value. And if for good reason, even choosing to die (committing suicide) is not a problem.
But I don't think many people understand this, except certain people on the Internet. Те слова звучат очень плохо. Personally I don't care much what new words the Chinese netizens create, they are often kind of earsore/eyesore. They can say some ideas in plain words but deliberately create some odd sounding jargons.
