Столкнулся с проблемой в переводе контракта с английского на китайский. Что-то перевел...но мне кажется что чего-то не хватает.
Эксперты, нужна ваша помощь.
1. The difference between the final price of the Lot of Concentrate and the Buyer's provisional payment received by the Seller shall be paid under the L/C at sight against presentation of the following final payment documents once all details are known at the counters of the L/C advising bank:
此批矿粉的最终价格和买方收到的由卖方出具的临时价格的差额，在所有信息都明确情况下应当通过通知行跟单信用证支付。
2. Final Act specified in Clause 8 «Weighing, Sampling, Moisture Determination And Assaying».
第8条规定的最后文件的称重，取样，水分的测定及化验.
3. If two sides get an agreement in final weights, moisture and final assays, the L/C amount is not sufficient to cover the calculated value of the shipment, the buyer should increase the L/C value within 5 working days after the date the final payment documents are issued. If the provisional payment is over the final settlement amount ,the seller should pay the difference to the buyer's account with 5 working days after the date the final payment documents are issued.
如果双方在重量、水分和金属含量达成一致的情况下，信用证金额不足，买方需按最终价格在5个工作日内增额。如果预付款超过最终结算金额，卖方需在5个工作日内将差额付到买方指定账户。
