Chinese Speaking Marketing Sales Manager (Video platform)

Role:
1. Marketing insight and promotion related to media & entertainment technologies and businesses;
2. Project management: coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments;
3. Fostering client relationship;
4. Internal report and training organization;
5. Coordination of all operations, incl. assets development and confirmation, booth designs development (through suppliers), equipment installation, event staff briefing and management, concept and suggested events logistics assessment, etc;
6. Business and administrative support of the local team: documents& policies localization, oral translations, document flow management, budget management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher;
2. Fluent Chinese speaker (mandatory);
3. At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Clients or Marketing projects;
4. Formal presentation skills;
5. Superb communication and collaboration abilities;
6. Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Обязанности:

- Поиск и подбор кандидатов: анализ рынка, определение стратегии поиска (применение различных методов: прямой поиск, сбор рекомендаций, работа с открытыми источниками);
- Организация собеседования кандидатов: проведение первичных телефонных интервью, сопровождение кандидатов, поддержание контакта с кандидатами, ведение внутренней базы кандидатов;
- Организационная помощь команде менеджеров по подбору (назначение встреч, ведение внутренней отчетности, базы данных, документации и т.д.);
- Создание внешнего кадрового резерва и поддержание связи с потенциальными кандидатами;
- Участие в HR-мероприятиях.

Требования:
- Опыт ресёрчером/рекрутером/HR generalist'ом от 6 месяцев, навыки массового и точечного подбора;
- Знание английского языка на уровне Upper-intermediate (B2) и выше;
- Проактивная позиция;
- Коммуникабельность;
- Высокий уровень самоорганизации.

Был опыт прохождения собеседований в Huawei,было порядка 5 интервью и на каждом предлагали разные вакансии. Говорили,что переработки будут 100% и не будут оплачиваться,а ещё лучше работать в выходные
Рекрутерам-ждите что китайцы будут с Вас ежедневно трясти кандидатов,писать по китайскому времени-это мне прямо сказали на собеседовании
Обратная связь была 2-3 недели, в итоге на желаемую должность не взяли и предложили совершенно другое.

Contract Management Associate (Chinese Speaking)

Key responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate ICT (Telecom) agreements in support of regional sales transactions;
• Resolve legal issues and contract interpretation matters that arise in existing commercial relationships;
• Review, draft and negotiate other agreements as needed;
• Coordinate with the Procurement team and the business during contract reviews, acting as a • Key contact for the legal department by providing guidance on required legal edits, reviewing non-standard terms, aligning to internal policies;
• Ensure that critical functions are completed within the stipulated SLA for the clients;
• Mitigate risks within the corporate action group functions by detecting and evaluating variances.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field of study;
• At least 1 year of experience in finance / accounting / contract management;
• Highly collaborative, highly attentive to detail, and able to independently organize and manage projects with multiple stakeholders and groups
• Fast learning, self-starter with an ability to work with the Sales team;
• Proficient in Word and Excel;
• Fluent in English & Chinese.
