Люди добрые кто шарит английский посмотрите правильный ли перевод письма ?) Good afternoon! In Kazakhstan, certification bodies and testing laboratories - subjects of the market. They are accredited by a national accreditation body. Certification bodies - issued certificates, lab - conduct tests and issue test reports. No one authorized is not (not notified) to carry out works on certification alone. Based on the information received, the AFNOR Certification carries out the work. So we have questions: 1) It does not interfere with the law of France, and the requirements of international standards combine in one body functions of the National Authority for Standardization and Certification Authority? Is not there a conflict of interest in this case? 2) What kind of certification AFNOR conducts work? (For all products or only sensitive - that for some?). 3) Whether AFNOR tests were carried out for the purposes of certification, or only check test records and issue a certificate on the results of the analysis? 4) Who is authorized (notified) and how the rights of the AFNOR certification works? Only he does it? Thank you! Respectively submitted, Elikbayev Kuanish Nurlanovich Deputy Director General Republican State Enterprise "Kazakhstan Institute of Standardization and Certification" Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. + 7 7172 27 08 02 + 7 771 123 85 47

1. Форум китайского языка. Английский тут к чему?
2. Как можно проверить перевод чего-то, не видя оригинала?
3. Ошибки грамматики и пунктуации можете проверить сервисами вроде language tools.

Немного поправил:

In Kazakhstan certification bodies and testing laboratories are market entities accredited by the national accreditation body. Certification bodies issue certificates, labs conduct tests and issue test reports. No one is authorized to carry out certification singlehandedly. According to our information, certification is carried out by AFNOR. We have the following questions: 1) Is it in conformity with the French law and the requirements of international standards to have one entity to combine the functions of the National Authority for Standardization and the Certification Authority? Would that not lead to a conflict of interest in this case? 2) What kind of certification does AFNOR conduct? (Certification of all products or only of some sensitive products?). 3) Whether AFNOR tests were carried out for the purposes of certification, or only to check the test records and issue a certificate based on the results of the analysis? 4) Who is authorized (notified) and how do the rights of the AFNOR certification work? Is AFNOR the only body which conducts such work?

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Kuanish Elikbayev,
Deputy General Director
