If for any reason due to Buyers fault the two Parties will be unable to sign the Agreement to Purchase at the Chaoyang District Housing Bureau & handover the ownership documents for issuance of the new Property Title Deed (which is anticipated to be issued within 7 working days after the submission of all application documents) by 2016.07.08 the holding deposit in full shall be hold by Seller as damages.
