hi all, sorry to start this conversation in English, I can only speak English and Chinese.
My GF is Russian lives in Moscow right now, graduated from Chongqing University, I live in Vancouver Canada, and I am Chinese Canadian.
I am just trying to find a way to reunite with her, we miss each other.
I tried to get a Canadian visitor visa for her, but the Canadian immigration office has huge backlogs, and the processing time is very long. Since I can go back to China now, maybe it is a good idea to get a work permit for her to go to China, she likes China anyway.
I just want to give it a try here if anyone knows any agency or company in China that can offer a job offer/invitation for a Chinese work visa. She is fluent in English and a little bit of Chinese and she works in the import/export consumer goods industry.
Any information would help, thank you very much.

I tried to get a visitor visa for Russia from Canada, but the Russian embassy only give out a business visa, and most of the time they don't reply to me or pick up my calls.
I applied in April for a visitor visa, no response, nothing at all since then.
I tried. 
We even went to Dubai for vacation, and spend 10 days there..., we can't keep doing vacations.

Why don't you marry her so she can apply for a family reunion visa to China? Go to Montenegro, two foreigners can easily get married there, verify the marriage certificate in Chinese embassy in Montenegro and then you both can apply for family visas.

If Chinese embassy in Montenegro allows her to apply for a visa there, she can but they might require a residence permit in Montenegro. If so, she can come back to Russia and apply for a Chinese visa in Russia. If you get married, you can also apply for one year Russian visa, you can even apply for it in Montenegro, my husband got his Russian visa there in 2020, residence permit was not required at that time.

You're welcome, text me if you need any further information, me and my husband (he's Chinese) got married there, it was the only way for us in 2020 to reunite, so I'm experienced and know the paperwork required.
