Стипендия во время пандемии

Нашим, кто не в Китае с зимы, пару дней назад всю стипендию, которую задолжали, выплатили. Цзяннаньский университет.

А стипендию всем выплачиваю за август включительно?

нам ничего не платили, только говорили что по какому-то указанию от csc получим стипендию после приезда, несмотря на то что я закончил обучение онлайн.
когда попросил показать указание чтобы ознакомится, или может я сам могу спросить у csc получил следующее сообщение от универа:
Dear Chinese government scholarship students,

This year, the novel coronavirus pandemic has swept the world and has also had a great impact on our university. At present, the global pandemic situation has not been effectively controlled. Non-graduating students of South China Normal University cannot return to school. Foreign students abroad can not enter China for the time being. The information on the payment of study and living expenses during the pandemic period is as follows:
1. Please continue participation in online learning according to the notice of your college. If you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, you can apply for suspension of schooling, and then apply for resumption after you are able to return school. During the suspension period, the scholarship living expenses will be suspended. Please consult the teachers in your college for the suspension procedures.
2. According to the Chinese government scholarship regulations, the scholarship living expenses are only used to support the living expenses of scholarship students during their study in China, and cannot be used for other purposes.
3. According to the notice of China Scholarship Council on February 17, the living expenses of scholarship for students in China are normally paid according to the prescribed standard during the pandemic period. For the students who leave the country, the scholarship living expenses will be suspended and reissued after the students return school.
4. According to the latest notice of the Ministry of Education of China, we have made the following adjustments in the payment of scholarship living expenses during the pandemic period:
(1) For graduating students, the living expenses will be paid to July.
(2) For non-graduating students, the living expenses for those who participate in online course teaching or complete scientific research tasks according to the requirements of the university will be paid to August, 2020. Since September 2020, the living expenses will be paid to the scholarship students who normally start school in China and participate in school offline teaching. For the scholarship students outside China, if they can participate in online teaching according to the requirements of the school, ensuring their normal academic progress and passing the academic assessment, they will be issued the living expenses after returning to school. Those who fail to pass the academic assessment will retain their scholarship qualification after their returning to school and will not be reissued for relevant living expenses.
The school will pay the scholarship living expenses according to the above notice this month. Please check the bank account later.

Вот это вот заявление о гос. стипендии, что она выплачивается только тем, что находится сейчас в Китае, гон чистой воды. Ваш универ решил это сам. От государственных департаментов было дано "добро" на выплату стипендий тем, кто не в Китае. Например, наш универ сослался именно на изменение их политики и выдал нам всю стипендию в июле за 5 месяцев. Параллельно с этим я наблюдала на форуме сообщения от других участников как раз в этот период времени, что их универы приняли решение выплатить стипендию, явно было указание сверху. Так что все это самоуправство на местах.

Все ясно) тогда, думаю, выплатят) а вот с сентября, я так понимаю, всем приостановят.
