却之七日菩薩心念：
『吾不貪欲不宜處家，
來在此人間心無所慕，
寂三昧定以權方便而試當之，
勤親道場以無蓋哀而勸助之。』

Nor am I attracted when among a crowd of women.
So I ought to dwell silently in the forest,
With a mind stilled by the bliss of concentrated absorption.”
The prince first reflected in this way.
