_我国古代大夫以上的贵族享受的特权之一，是宗法等级制在法律上的反映。大夫以上的贵族犯罪，“不执缚系引，不使人颈盩，不捽抑”，处死刑不“于市”，而“于朝”。		_礼不下达庶人。谓对庶人不必责求完礼。
